Studio on the Square is celebrating the grand opening of their photography studio and fine art gallery on Tuesday September 1, 2009. They will be holding an open house from 11:00am – 3:00pm that will include refreshments, door prizes, displayed artwork, raffles and special savings on Gallery items.
Studio on the Square specializes in fine art nature and wildlife photography as well as professional photography for children, graduations, weddings, fashion, headshots, modeling, comp cards, business, special occasions, achievements, remembrance, sports, school, family, and pets.

The gallery at Studio on the Square is the first in Pike County to feature a variety of multi-themed photographers under one roof. Well-known photographer, Robert Humphrey of Quickshot Photography in Summer Hill will have his timeless images available.
Studio on the Square is located in a newly renovated building on the Pittsfield Square at 130 E. Adams. The studio offers a full service photography team of internationally acclaimed artists who combine a blend of fine art, photojournalistic and modern photographic techniques to provide an all inclusive, full service professional photography studio and gallery. From images that capture the beauty of Pike County to new birth announcements and graduation photos; business cards to brochures; matting, framing and specialized corporate photography, we have professionals on hand to meet your every photographic need.
Studio on the Square is very proud to support all Active Duty Military with complimentary photo shoots and FREE portrait packages.
In collaboration with Heartworks Photography (a non-profit organization dedicated to families with medically fragile children) complimentary photo shoots and portrait packages will also be provided to children with life-threatening illnesses and injuries.
A portion of all Studio on the Square sales will be donated to Live in Love, an international mission in Africa helping orphaned and medically fragile children.
Other services include personal headshots “while you wait” for FOID cards, Passports, and other ID’s. In their state of the art lab, Studio on the Square also processes photo restorations, editing, duplications, and enlargements. Whatever your photography need, Studio on the Square can expertly manage it.
During the grand opening month of September, all sitting fees will be waived and a discount offered on portrait photo packages.
